We have in-house facilities to design and manufactural all type of hydraulic cylinders, jacks and rotary couplings.
- Double and single acting cylinders from 25mm to 1000mm bore with various mountings including, flange, spherical eyes, clevis eyes, fork eyes, gimbal, trunnion and foot.
- Double and single acting telescopic cylinders up to 15 metre stroke with mountings as above.
- Gross Weight of any single cylinder 10 tonnes
- Rotary couplings, 2-way to 16-way, 100—25,000 psi (7– 1700 bar)
- Hollow ram jacks, thrust to 1,000 tonne
- Double and single acting jacks with threaded locking collars, thrust to 1,000 tonne
- Single acting flat/pot jacks with or without locking nuts up to 1,000 tonne
- All cylinders can be designed and manufactured using where application dictates, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, duplex alloys, aluminium and high grade bronze.
- We also offer third party design and manufacturing agents including Lloyds, DNV and Bureau veritas.
